RevOS

Your executive team is almost ready.

RevOS gives your business a Chief of Staff and seven AI executives that plan the work, build it and bring it to you to approve. They complete and coordinate, so you can control and create.

Founding members lock in $99 a month for as long as they stay. Nothing to pay today. Runs on your own Claude account, Pro plan or above, from $17 a month.

An illustration of the RevOS Command Centre. The founder asks: Should I put my prices up? The Chief of Staff asks one question: Which offer? It then plans the work and hands it to the CFO, the CRO and the CMO, who work on it at the same time. The Chief of Staff returns one recommendation with Approve and Edit controls, and the founder approves it. The figures are illustrative placeholders.

Most growth moves don't fail. They fade.

You launch the VSL and leads jump. You hire a closer and sales climb. You run the webinar and revenue spikes.

A month or two later, the business is back near the number it started at.

It looks like the tactic stopped working. Usually it didn't. It lifted the top of the business, and nothing underneath was built to hold the gain.

We call it the Fade.

Illustrative chart of monthly revenue. In the first pass, revenue makes three sharp peaks and each one falls back to the same flat line, labelled Your floor. In the second pass, the same three peaks happen, but after each one the floor steps up and holds, labelled With a floor under every gain, so revenue ends well above where it started.

Build the growth and the floor together.

Every month, your executive team runs the same three moves, so each gain has something underneath it.

  1. Find the constraint.

Your team audits the business and names the three things holding revenue back, and which one to fix first.

  2. Build the move.

It builds what the business needs now: the offer, the message, the ads or the sales process.

  3. Build what holds it.

At the same time, it builds the tracking, follow up, scorecards and processes that keep the gain once the push is over.

Next month the audit runs again, and your team starts from a higher floor.

Done for you. Just not by a person.

You don't need another course telling you what your business should have. You need it built. RevOS gives you a team that builds it.

  1. You ask once.

Tell your Chief of Staff what you need. It asks a few questions and makes a plan.

  2. Your team builds it.

The right executives work on it together, from Merigrove's playbook and your own numbers. The Chief of Staff checks it.

  3. You approve it.

Nothing goes live until you say yes. Then it lands in your CRM, Drive and Slack.

It learns your business from a 20 minute intake and the tools you connect, so you never explain it twice.

  • Instead of: Write a follow up sequence from a blank page.Your team writes it for your offer, ready for your yes.
  • Instead of: Build a sales scorecard by hand.Your team builds it from your own CRM data.
  • Instead of: Guess whether you can afford the next hire.Your CFO models it from your own numbers.

The whole business, not one lane.

Most programmes fix one part of the company and leave the next bottleneck waiting. RevOS works across all eight areas of the Merigrove Methodology.

  1. Design your offer.

    Product, Brand

What you sell, and why buyers choose it.

  2. Sell your offer.

    Marketing, Sales

How demand finds you and turns into cash.

  3. Scale your offer.

    Operations, Finance

Delivery and margins that hold as you grow.

  4. Run your offer.

    Management, Data

The rhythm and the numbers that keep it steady.

What's inside RevOS

  1. Your AI executive team.

You ask once. Your Chief of Staff works out what you need, hands it to the right executives (sales, marketing, brand, finance, operations, data, legal), checks what comes back and gives you one answer. They all work from Merigrove's playbook and your own numbers.

  2. The Command Centre.

Your dashboards, your team's inbox, and a to-do list of the decisions only you can make.

Connect your CRM, Drive, Slack, email and meeting notes, and your revenue, pipeline, marketing and cash sit on one screen. Message any executive directly. Your to-do list holds only the calls that need you, in the order they matter.

  3. The monthly audit.

The three things holding revenue back, and which one your team fixes first.

Every month your team scores the business across all eight areas of the Merigrove Methodology and shows you what moved since last time. The biggest constraint becomes next month's work, so your team is always on the thing that matters most.

  4. Your floor, tracked.

The lowest month of the last six, on your dashboard, so you can see whether the business is getting stronger, not just bigger.

A big month shows what the business can do. The floor shows what it does when nothing special happens. Every move your team builds is meant to lift that number and keep it lifted.

  5. A weekly implementation call with our team.

Bring what your team built and where you're stuck.

Once a week, live with the Merigrove team. Bring the output you're unsure about, the decision you keep putting off or the tool you haven't set up, and leave with it moving.

  6. Skills and templates you keep.

Download the ones your team uses. They stay yours.

Every skill, template and document your team produces lives in your own folder. If you ever cancel, the Chief of Staff and the executives switch off, but everything they built stays with you.

What do our clients say about us?

RevOS is built by Merigrove's founders: Kacper Wiloch (sales), Jack Manley (marketing and brand) and Max Crow (finance and operations). Your executives work from their playbooks.

Just the results, the work ethic, ultimately, just the type of person who does what he says he’s going to do. That’s true of the entire Merigrove team. Those guys are absolute monsters. I wanted to leave a note because if you’re considering working with these guys, they are with you. You’re not going to find a better partner than Merigrove.
Alex SagonaCo-Founder, Bada Digital
If you’re considering working with Kacper, with his team, with Max, you cannot go wrong if you choose to work with them and they will help you scale your business. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Putting my name on the line.
Gabriel PadillaCEO, Ellipsend
Jack and Max have your long-term success in mind. So yes they want you to scale revenue, they want you to scale your brand, and achieve all your goals; but they will be 100% honest with you about what’s going to be best for you as a founder for your team. And also just the longevity and sustainability of your scaling phase as well, so they want the best for you in the short term, but they have that long-term strategy 100% in mind which was a very big thing for us.
Ed & Ella BroadCo-Founders, Celiac Wellness Club
If you’re looking for someone to come in and actually train your sales team or even train you to get your close rate up and transition you out of closing, I can’t recommend Kacper highly enough … He understands business on a holistic level.

How is this different from using AI myself?

RevOS runs on the same models you can already use. What's different is the system built around them.

On its own, AI is a generalist with no stake in your numbers. Each chat starts close to cold, and even with memory on, it holds scraps of what you've told it, not your pipeline. It doesn't know your close rate, your margins or why your last three deals stalled, so its advice defaults to the average of the internet, and you end up acting as the prompt writer, the fact checker and the project manager.

RevOS replaces that with an operating layer. Your business context is built once, from a structured intake and the systems you connect: your CRM, email, Drive, Slack and call notes. Every output you approve writes back to it, so the context compounds instead of resetting.

Every month an audit scores the business across eight areas and ranks the constraints, so the effort goes to the bottleneck actually capping revenue, not the one that feels loudest.

The Chief of Staff then runs the work across specialist agents, each with a clear remit. Your CRO works from your real conversion rates and deal history, and your CFO from your real unit economics. Each one follows playbooks written by operators who have carried a number. Nothing ships until it has been checked against your data and signed off by you.

What you get is a revenue team with memory, priorities and accountability, which a prompt box will never be.

Where does my data live?

All files live on your local device or inside your personal drive. Nothing is sent externally without your permission.
